30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Mezro purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and include the items and accessories that arrived with it.

To request a return, contact mezrosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send a return without first receiving return instructions from us.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review it and provide an appropriate solution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
